A. usually powdered bubble teas are a one step process, they contain some dry milk, sugar, tea, and whatever flavor you've gotten. it is important to add the right amount of the powder. it usually takes A LOT of powder to a small amount of water/milk to flavor it. read the instructions... yours may not contain a sweetener. and if youre using tapioca pearls in them make sure they have been soaked in a sugar solution after cooking.

How do I make strawberry bubble tea at home?
Q. How do I make strawberry bubble tea exactly like what you get at shops at home? What ingredients do I need? There is a powder and a syrup, do I need both? Do I add milk, or what do I use to make it creamy looking?

A. You didnt mention what type of strawberry bubble tea drink you wanted to make. Smoothie? Tea...milk-green-black? Slushie or Juice? Personaly i think that a strawberry bubble tea smoothie is delish. To make one 1st off you will need a blender. Put two scoops off ice into the blender. (depending on size of ice between 15 big or 20 small) You will need strawberry syrup too. (try maybe an asian market might sell the type to make real ones) and put about a shot glass or two or even 3 (depending on how sweet you want it) of the syrup add between 1 1/2 and 2 scoops of vannilla ice cream and 1-2 real strawberrys... blend it together and you have the smoothie part. To make bubbles you need to go to an asian market and buy a package and follow the… [cont.]

A. sg? Where is that? Southern Georgia? San Gabriel? South Germany? Bubble tea basically doesn't exist in Japan, so I'd avoid any place that has both bubble tea and Japanese food if you're after something authentic. Bubble tea is Taiwanese and popular in other parts of Asia, but not in Japan.

I've never had it thought, so I don't know what I am getting into. * 3 ounces tapioca pearls * sugar syrup * 1 cup brewed tea (Chinese black tea or lychee tea is good) * 1 cup milk (or to taste) * Ice cubes * Tapioca Pearls * 1 part tapioca pearls * 4 parts (or more) water * Sugar Syrup * 2 parts white sugar * 1 part brown sugar * 3 parts water Preparation: Prepare the sugar syrup for the tapioca pearls (see below).[ Prepare the tapioca pearls (see below) Place the tapioca pearls in the large glass jar Allow the tea to cool to room temperature.
